Les utilisateurs de l’application WAY-D sont exclusivement des chauffeurs en collaboration avec des entreprises du secteur de transport de personnes, entreprises ayant souscrit un contrat d’accès au logiciel WAY-Plan édité par l’entreprise :

Un numéro d’identification unique permet au chauffeur de se connecter à l’application mobile WAY-D, et d’être mis en relation avec les entreprises qui sont en collaboration avec lui.
Confidentialité des données utilisateurs.
WAYNIUM s’interdit d’utiliser les données des utilisateurs de l’Application WAY-D à des fins commerciales ou publicitaires.
Les données des utilisateurs sont sauvegardées à l’usage exclusif des entreprises ayant une relation de collaboration avec les chauffeurs utilisant l’application WAY-D, pour d’une part assurer la gestion des plannings des missions sollicitées par leurs clients, et d’autre part garantir le suivi des services de transport fournis à ces mêmes clients.
La liste des données conservées pour le fonctionnement préalablement décrit est la suivante :
- Nom et prénom du chauffeur
- Adresse e-mail professionnelle
- Mot de passe
- Téléphone professionnel
Utilisation des données de géo-localisation.
La fonction de géolocalisation n’est pas activée par défaut. L’utilisateur peut à tout moment désactiver sa géolocalisation en ouvrant la page « Géolocalisation » accessible depuis le menu de l’application WAY-D.
La géolocalisation des utilisateurs de l’application WAY-D permet plus spécifiquement à l’entreprise de pouvoir localiser le chauffeur avec lequel elle est en collaboration, afin :
- de pouvoir le diriger vers une prochaine mission compatible avec sa position actualisée
- de vérifier l’arrivée sur place du chauffeur, afin de synchroniser les services permettant la bonne mise en relation avec le passager à transporter

A unique identification code number allows the driver to connect to the WAY-D mobile application, and to be put in touch with the companies already working with him.
Confidentiality of user data.
WAYNIUM refrains from using the data of users of the WAY-D Application for commercial or advertising purposes.
User data is saved for the exclusive use of companies having a collaborative relationship with drivers using the WAY-D application, on the one hand to manage the schedules of missions requested by their customers, and on the other hand guarantee the follow-up of the transport services provided to these same customers.
The list of data kept for the operation previously described is as follows:
- Name and firstname of the driver
- Professional email address
- Password
- Professional phone number
Use of geo-location data.
The geolocation function is not activated by default.. The user can deactivate his geolocation at any time by opening the « Geolocation » page accessible from the menu of the WAY-D application.
The geolocation of users of the WAY-D application more specifically allows the company to be able to locate the driver with whom it works in collaboration, in order to:
- be able to direct him to a next mission compatible with his updated position
- check the arrival on site of the driver, in order to synchronize the services allowing the correct contact with the passenger to be transported
